For all merchandise sales at The Ford, Association shall provide the equipment and sales staff and shall retain twenty percent (20%) of all sales, less tax and credit card fees, or $500, whichever is greater for each Performance date.  Artist agrees to remit tax to the proper tax authority on sold merchandise. Artist is responsible for all shipping costs and requirements.
