FordLab 2025 - Event Brief

Ford Logo
Hello Ford 2025 Producer!

The Event Brief Form is your go-to tool for providing us with all the details we need to ensure your show at The Ford runs smoothly and gets the attention it deserves. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Basic Show Information: The fundamental details about your event, like the name of the show and a brief description.
  • Specific Show Information: Key specifics, including the start time, intermission details (if any), and the total length of the performance.
  • Contact Information: Names, phone numbers, and emails for your team members. This helps us know who to reach for marketing, production, or on-the-day questions.
  • Artist & Organization Bios: Short, polished bios for the artists and your organization. These help with press, programs, and promotional materials.
  • Photo Assets: High-quality images, including headshots, performance shots, or organizational logos, to make your marketing materials pop.
  • Promotional Artwork: If you're submitting promotional artwork, please also send a layered PSD file along with the final design. This allows us to make necessary edits to fit specific media formats seamlessly.
  • Social Media Handles: Let us know where to find you online so we can tag you and amplify your event on social media.

Filling out this form gives us the complete picture of your event and ensures everything is set for a successful production and promotion! Please reach out to the Artist & Venue Lead, Jessie Cleveland (jessie.cleveland@laphil.org) if you have any questions. You may also input all of this information into one document and upload the one document or provide the link to the information.
