2025 FordLab Intake Survey

The Ford partners with a third-party data analyst on feedback and data collection to conduct a short survey of FordLab 2025 producing partners before the summer season begins to learn more about your professional goals, skills, and interests. Your survey response will help The Ford's administrative team understand your priorities and how they can best support you and your show through the program.

If you are part of a producing team or organization, only the team lead/primary point of contact should complete this survey.
